I couldn't tell you how often they come out to the house. I could look through the window and see the admin sitting right there.
When they are spraying, they make sure they don't accidently spray the dogs. I have a lockup attic and I have glue traps for mice and they make sure when they go up into it the dogs do not go with them because I did have an incident where the dog stepped on it. They were very gracious and helped me get the dog off the glue trap, which was much to the dog's satisfaction. They have been very willing to work with my schedule to come out on days when I am home, so the interior and exterior can be done. They give me a call from the office and come out again to make sure we get the interiors and exteriors done, which is something that I want, which is phenomenal.
