They would treat our home inside and within a day or two the bugs would be back. My stepson told him we weren't expecting anyone and told him to hold on. He went to ask his mom if she knew about this. She said she didn't and didn't want them to service it as it was raining. My stepson told the guy this and his response was "well, too late. I just got done".
We saw him come back, my husband stood in the doorway and waved to him. The local office said they couldn't get a hold of him at that point and rescheduled someone else to come out tomorrow morning. This is by far the worst service I have ever had from any company. There are plenty other pest control companies out there that my friends have had great luck with.

As far as the rest of the team--the sales rep and the actual administration, wow. I'm rapidly losing trust in them and regretting my decision to go with this company. How times change...
They called the local office and got hold of the branch manager. So I drove back to the office and had a sit-down meeting with the manager. We are long time Home Paramount customers and have been generally pleased with their basic service. We hired their wildlife removal team to trap and remove a woodchuck and then fill the hole in our yard. They placed the trap and said they would check it daily for 2 weeks.
He listened to me and adfressed my concerns. Frederick was great, he did a thorough job and was a very pleasant guy. I’ve been impressed with their customer service in general. The current technician and others have always cared for my home to my satisfaction. I recommended a family member who is now a client. Then he proceeded to spray the stuff into the outlet and powder flew everywhere throughout my kitchen.

As a matter of fact, we just replaced our insulation in the attic. We then called 3 other pest control companies for their evaluation. They walked around with my house inside and outside my house and found Home Paramount did nothing at all other than putting up 1 small bait box in the basement. I called the branch and regional managers and asked for refund but they declined. They claimed their had done their service. I called their customer service people who are not at my local office.
Close to the end of the second week, they closed the trap because there would not be anybody to check it over the weekend. After a month of repeated phone calls, somebody came and took the trap, saying they would be back to fill the hole. We were required to pay for this service up front. Then, we called 3 more companies to do the same inspection. The inspectors checked around and inside my house and found the Paramount did nothing at all other than putting down 1 small mouse bait box in my basement. But, none of them said that we need to put on new insulation or described out attic as bad as the Home Paramount described.
Apparently they don't want customers in the building. I was not sure if all the services were done or not as they didn't always schedule someone...they just showed up. I would pay a bill and another would show right back in its place in my email box. So I requested paper bills be sent so I could see when they got here and that they weren't duplicate bills.
